How Do I Place An Order?
First and foremost, thank you for shopping with us. To place an order, simply find the product you wish to purchase, add them to the cart, and checkout. We try to make it as simple as possible.
Help! I can't add more than 10 items at a time!
In order to add more than 10 of any item found on our website, you must add one (1) of the item to your cart. From there simply view the cart and add the total requested items.
Shipping Information and Methods
At this time, we are using USPS as our primary mail courier. Your order will be shipped out typically within 48 - 72 hours after receipt of payment.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We are expanding our payment options enabling you, the customer, to use either PayPal or your choice of Credit Card.
Returns & Refunds
Currently, we do not offer any refunds for any of our products.
However, there are exceptions! If a product we ship to you is broken upon arrival, please contact us within 14-business days so that we may begin our refund/replacement process.
The Merchandise I want isn't displayed
Our apologies. We strive to provide our customers with the best merchandise and sometimes we may not carry what you are looking for. But, we are always expanding our line, so if you have any wants for the future, please contact us and let us know!

Ordering from an APO address?
If you are ordering from an APO address, please use the following as a guide to help process your order:
1) When viewing your cart, click "Add Note to Seller" and say APO AE/AP order.
2) During Checkout for City state APO, Country is United States, States is Alabama, and ZIP is your APO ZIP code.
